Personality:
-Has traits of OCD, which tend to get in the way of work. If a frame hanging on a wall is crooked, Toby will go out of the way to fix it.
-Shy, though he tends to hide it under being rude.
-Aggressive. Regardless of being shy, the rude behavior feeds to his aggressive side. Said aggression only is let out to keep others away... But it tends to get him into trouble. He will most likely end up attacking over candy.
-Intelligent. Though Toby tends to space out from time to time (due to the Insomnia), his mind can work most problems out in a blink of an eye.
-Childish. Even though he has been told on multiple occasions to think before act, Toby can't help but crack an immature joke or pull a prank.
-Another effect from the Insomnia causes is Paranoia. It isn't major thing, but every once and a while Toby can be seen looking over his shoulder two to three times.
-Stubborn. Toby will put up a fight for things that HE sees as right... Or if someone told him to cut the sweets.
-Prideful. It ties in with being Childish. He hates to admit being wrong or that he is IN the wrong. "That's just your opinion." Is Toby's usual response.
-Brutally Honest. If you ask his opinion, he will give you what he thinks. No sugarcoating! (because he probably ate the sugar off of it...)
-Slow to trust. It comes with the package of his story, plus in these times who is worthy of trusting?

History:
Tobias Geist is always changing how he grew up. Some days it: "Oh I was abandoned and I taught myself everything I know." While on other days it can be: "I ran away from home, they wouldn't care anyhow."

The stories he tends to tell are all stereo typical. That he was abandoned or that he ran away from home. Sometimes Toby will go as far as to say he was stolen away from the house! Though each tale has little bits of truth in them.

Tobias actually grew up in a family environment. Both parents loved him dearly, and arguments were few. It never mattered how poor they were becoming from the destabilization of society, as long as they had each other. Right? Well, that fell apart in a fairly quick matter. His father became a hunter, and was never seen. Rumor spread that he was seen from town to town looking for a new place to settle down. His mother never believed the rumors, and became a hunter herself. Toby waited and waited to see his father come back, but after things completely crumbled. His hope went with it.

He didn't let that affect him all too much though. Unlike Crista (mother). She felt abandoned and angry. And as a Banette, those feelings were amplified. The world around her crumbled. And that. That is when things began to take effect. Toby grew to be more on the "rebellious" side of life, stealing every once and a while when needed.

When returning home from a thieving run, there was a note on the door telling the 12 year old that the occupants living there were evicted. Crista was nowhere to be found. And to this day, Toby hasn't the slightest clue as to where either parent is. Whether dead or alive, they abandoned the family.

Additional Information:

-Regardless of the past Toby is always hiding, if asked directly what he is feeling emotionally... You will get an honest response. It may not be deep or poetic. But it's the truth.

-Tobias is Bi. He likes having options, and not getting into deep relationships. Deep relationships increase his paranoia and heighten stress level. Only because he is usually unwilling to share deep emotions or express his history to the other partner... Though maybe someday someone could capture that locked heart of his, and pry the lock off~

-He hates the nickname: "Shorty" or "Short Stack" or any other names implying that he is short. That for sure will tick him off.

-High Class is viewed as Evil in Toby's eyes. He always justifies his acts by simply convincing the other that High Class is responsible for the whole mess.
